There are a surprising amount of words/phrases in English that are misused by the general public every day.
- I seen it / I done it => I saw it / I did it
- Supposably => Supposedly
- For all intensive purposes => For all intended purposes
- Irregardless => Regardless
- I could care less => I couldn't care less
- Expresso => Espresso
- Pacifically => Specifically
- Ex cetera => Et cetera
- Of upmost importance => Of utmost importance
- I need to lay down => I need to lie down
